Last year, CCF identified that deliveries of pallets of 40 cartons high was a Health and Safety concern so Armstrong now deliver pallets of 20 cartons high. These are double-stacked to reduce the requirement for additional deliveries/vehicle movements.
Armstrong has also been working with CCF over the past few years to identify people within branches who would be suitable for specialist advanced training. This takes place at Armstrong’s dedicated training and installation school at Team Valley, the manufacturing and distribution facility in Gateshead. Armstrong’s technical helpline is also on hand for queries at any time.
